Marco Fuentes was born and raised in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. He spent his early childhood there until approximately age eight, when his family moved to the United States. Marco lived in both Colorado and California, attending Patrick Henry High School and Grossmont College in San Diego.
He dedicated 32 years to a distinguished career in law enforcement, beginning as a police officer and advancing through progressively responsible roles. Marco served with the San Diego Police Department, the Escondido Police Department, and the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. He holds a California Advanced POST Certificate. His experience includes patrol operations, field training, administrative duties, court liaison work, and specialized investigative assignments. He has testified in both state and federal court cases. This extensive background, combined with his fluency in both English and Spanish, has equipped him with strong skills in legal compliance, evidence gathering, surveillance techniques, report writing, and navigating complex legal environments.
Now retired from law enforcement, Marco is applying his proven investigative expertise, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of California legal procedures in his new role as a Process Server and Investigator. He is committed to delivering reliable, professional, and efficient service to support our clients. In his off time, Marco enjoys working around the house and playing golf.
